Audiobook Coming Soon: KILLER TRANSACTION

I’m excited to announce that I’m working on narrating the audiobook production of Killer Transaction by USA Today Bestselling Author, Catherine Bruns. This is the first book in a three-book series starring Cindy York, a struggling real estate agent and mother of three searching for her next sale.

Catherine Bruns’ writing is so clever and peppered with humor, that often times, I need to do a re-take because I giggle at Cindy’s internal thoughts or at the dialogue involving her 8-year old twins. This is such a fun book and I’m enjoying every minute working to get the audiobook released!

From the publisher:

Real estate deals can be murder.

All struggling real estate agent Cindy York wants is the home listing that was promised to her. But her deceitful co-worker, Tiffany Roberts, has other ideas, and she always manages to get what she wants. Tired of being manipulated, Cindy tells her to back off—or else! But when Cindy stumbles upon Tiffany’s lifeless body, she suddenly finds herself front and center in a deadly investigation. Now everyone from her kids’ classmates to her monstrous mother-in-law is sold on the idea that Cindy’s guilty. Determined to find out who’s trying to frame her, Cindy enlists the help of her best buddy, Jacques, to negotiate a slew of suspects, a host of clues, and an office full of cutthroat agents…before the next contract is out on her!

The audiobook version of Killer Transaction has an expected release date in November, and will be available exclusively on Audible, Amazon, and iTunes.

Audiobook Released: HOMECOMING

I’m excited to announce that the audiobook version of Homecoming by Marian Snowe and Ruby Grandin is now released!  Narrating Scarlett and Joan’s story brought me right back to those bittersweet memories of first love: raw passion, heartbreak, regret, and starting over. And sometimes starting over means going right back where you started: home.

I hope you enjoy this story as much as I enjoyed telling it.

The audiobook version of Homecoming is available exclusively on Audible, Amazon, and iTunes.

From the Publisher:

Scarlett McKennon’s life in the big city is a big flop.

Her cupcake bakery went under, her roommate at her expensive apartment left her high and dry, and her girlfriend just reacted to “I love you” with “No thanks.” Her sophisticated metropolitan dream has crumbled all around her, and the only thing left to do is pull up stakes and return to the small town where she grew up.

What could be worse than limping home in defeat? The minute she steps off the train, Scarlett finds out: her first love, Joan, is waiting there to drive her into town, looking like the picture of sexy confidence. Joan was once a scared, self-conscious girl; now she’s come into her own as a mechanic and soccer coach, and Scarlett can’t help but wonder what might have been.

Carrying on a secret high-school romance in a conservative town was brutal, and Joan hadn’t been able to take the pressure. She broke Scarlett’s heart in exchange for a “normal” life that was doomed from the beginning. Now that Joan’s divorced, fate keeps putting Scarlett in her path. They may have tried to forget each other, but their chemistry is still undeniable.

Both women start to wonder if they might be right for each other after all… But is the spark they both feel enough, or will their shared past prove too painful to overcome? Find out in this new lesbian romance by wife-and-wife authors Marian Snowe and Ruby Grandin!

Audiobook Now Available: KEEPING HOPE ALIVE

Keeping Hope Alive CoverIt’s finally here!

The long-awaited audiobook version of Keeping Hope Alive by Dawn Kopman Whidden is now available!

Keeping Hope Alive is the 4th book in the Whitley and Keal mystery series, and continues the story of Brad Madison, the troubled child from book #1,  and his relationship with his therapist Hope Rubin.

I’ve enjoyed narrating this series immensely. This is the last book in the series for Dawn Kopman Whidden, until she decides to write book 5 (hint, hint).  Until then, I’m keeping hope alive.

From Amazon:

A young couple taking a leisurely walk through the woods is shocked when the quiet, peaceful stroll ends as they come across what is without question a human skull. When detectives Jean Whitley and Marty Keal are called to investigate, two more bodies are uncovered nearby in shallow graves, but unlike the first, these murder victims have just met their demise. Now, not only do the detectives have to discover the identities of all three victims, but they also have to see if the victims are somehow connected or if it’s just a coincidence all three were dumped so close together.

While Jean and Marty search for answers, Marty’s fiancée, psychiatrist Dr. Hope Rubin, is working hard to get her patient Brad Madison released from Armistace Hospital for Children, where he has been living since the brutal murder of his own parents, while trying to take care of her own personal business of planning her wedding. But then the unforeseeable happens. Hope disappears, and Brad claims he knows what happened.

Can the disturbed boy be trusted to be telling the truth, and is Hope’s kidnapping in any way linked to the three victims found in the nearby woods?

Marty and Jean’s search for the killer become much more desperate and horrifyingly personal when Hope is kidnapped. Will they find her before it’s too late? Or will she become another victim? Will the detectives be able to keep Hope alive?

The audiobook version of Keeping Hope Alive by Dawn Kopman Whidden and narrated by Amy Deuchler is available exclusively on Audible, Amazon, and iTunes.

Audiobook Now Available: LOVE ON A TRAIN

I’m excited to announce that the audiobook version of Love on a Train by Colleen L. Donnelly has released and is now available! I thoroughly enjoyed narrating the story of Martha told through her own novel about falling in love with a man on a train. Martha’s journey of self-discovery while searching for love parallels my own journey with audiobook narration – discovering my love was in telling stories.  I hope you enjoy this narration as much as I did.

From the Publisher:

The moment Martha noticed Raymond on the train, everything her mother warned against erupted – romantic notions, palpitating heart, the desire to write it all in a novel and tell the world.

Martha lived and wrote that love story until the day Raymond handed her a sketch. “Want to see a picture of the girl I plan to marry?” The penciled profile resembled Martha… But when Raymond went away, she knew. She wasn’t the girl he planned to marry.

David was her father’s apprentice, everything Martha’s mother said made a good husband – hardworking, no romantic tendencies, no tolerance for writing about it.

Martha added a fictional happy ending to her and Raymond’s story and published it. Cleansed herself of romantic love, ready to marry David. Until a copy of her book appeared – full of sketches – Raymond’s version of their love story – drawings that enticed her heart to beat once again.

Happy Release Day!

I’m thrilled to announce that today my audiobook narration of STOLEN by Dawn Kopman Whidden was released. I’m so excited this book is finally available on audio.

From Audible:

Another homicide has rocked the small town of Fallsburg, New York. In a cabin nestled deep in the woods, two male victims are discovered, both gunshot victims. One is deceased the other one is barely alive.

But it is not the murder itself that has detectives Jean Whitley and her new partner Marty Keal frantic to find out the answers of what occurred in that cabin, it is the identities of the two small children also found at the scene. One child is quickly identified, but the other, a young boy, remains a mystery. The only one with possible answers is the man who lays critically wounded and unconscious in the hospital, because the unidentified boy either cannot or will not speak.

What happened in that cabin that left one man dead and another barely hanging on?
